Help and inspiration

Help and inspiration

Hi friends, I’ve a something to submit to you, a question indeed, do you have a story of healing or transformation through yoga that you’d like to share with the world? The Yoga Diaries is now accepting submissions:
You can read another version of my story on this site:
All that sharing makes me think of one thing Bikram’s talking about in one of his books, the distinction between self and Self, and, while sharing my path, I’m feeling closer to my true Self indeed, it helps me letting go, and get inspiration back from people saying they’re inspired by me!! And it helps!! A LOT!! First 40kgs seem easy to me now I’m feeling on a “plateau”. On the other hand, I’m quite proud to stick that much to my daily discipline…
To thank you all friends, my most precious support, here’s a picture of my fav’ posture: the Camel, the most emotionnal one!!
I’ll end with a few links to websites and stories from friends who helped a lot, by inspiring practice, helping me share my story like yoga diaries, by teaching me hot yoga skills, inspiring me healthy stuff…
First and foremost, my beloved rebirth place, Bikram Yoga Vancouver of course!! Their blog is pure inspiration, for diet, practice, inspiration from students, teachers, yoga gear, awesome tool for yogis!!

And this one for french followers, one of the most inspiring teachers I’ve met ever:

Another from my home land, Yoga Bikram Paris, with special thoughts for Marine who inspired me and helped a lot!!

Then, my tribe: Hot Yoga Gent, and their little bro’, Hot Yoga Brugges opening soon

And, last but not least, two blogs from two friends, beautiful posts, inspiring stories, take a look, share, comment!!

Aw Jean, I’m touched you included me in your list. I’ve been remiss in updating my blog as I’m trying to learn to eat healthier following the paleo diet. Your story and journey is always an amazing read and inspiration.
