A friend asked me this question… I can have an answer as simple as the question itself, what is the difference? You.
It’s always you, your mood, your food, your sleep. Always keep in mind that it’s just yoga and follow your heart. You should never go over pain, you should not push yourself too much. Don’t surrender to any teacher, surrender to your body!!
Back to the question, I dare to say that bad yoga classes don’t even exists, there’s always something to learn, maybe even more from a class you feel “bad”.
If you accept yourself, if you move out of your comfort zone without pushing too much, that’s where the magic happens, that the place where bad classes don’t exist.
Accept yourself, love your body, don’t trust your tricky mind but surrender to your heart, there’s no limit to the benefits you’ll get back.
