Just realized today I’ve been moving forward a lot… Maybe too much…

As in Yoga for balancing postures, especially standing bow and balancing stick, you can only achieve the balance between forward and backward stretch, no need to think…

As for your life, your mood, it’s exactly the same, no need to think, it’s a balance between forward and backward…

My mood has been a bit lower, I’m just accepting this “backward stretch” to keep the balance and avoid falling forward…
